How can I place my order?

You can place your order through our DealFrenzy Online Shop at www.dealfrenzymalta.com. All purchases must be paid in full before processing. Once payment is received, we will provide further details regarding your delivery. Please check our Terms and Conditions page for full information.

Warranty & Returns

What is our return policy?

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt).

If a product develops a fault during the warranty period, please notify us via email at dealfrenzymalta@gmail.com. We will guide you through the next steps. If necessary, you may be asked to return the item to DealFrenzy for inspection by the manufacturer or agent. Depending on the findings, the item may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion.

Deliveries & Assembly

Do you offer international shipping?

No, DealFrenzy does not offer international shipping.

Yes, most of our furniture is sold flat-packed and requires assembly. The products are designed for home assembly, and detailed instructions are included in the packaging. If you are missing assembly instructions, please contact dealfrenzymalta@gmail.com for assistance.
